STUDENTS, RETIRED AND UNEMPLOYED

(proof of status is required)

The registration fee for regular participants, students, retirees, and unemployed individuals includes participation in all symposium activities (access to lectures and poster presentations), the opportunity to present up to two abstracts (oral and/or poster) at the Croatian Botanical Symposium, congress materials (including a certificate of participation), welcome drink, snacks during coffee breaks and gala dinner (drinks not included).

The post-congress excursion is not included in the registration fee. Participation in the excursion (€75) requires a separate registration.

After completing your registration, you will receive payment instructions for the registration fee.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE REFUND OF THE FEES:

– until June 15th, 2025, it is possible to return 50 % of the registration fee
– after June 15th, 2025, the registration fee cannot be refunded

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes a welcome drink, access to poster presentations at the Croatian Botanical Symposium, snacks during coffee breaks, and gala dinner (drinks not included).

The professional post-congress excursion is not included in the registration fee. Participation in the excursion (€75) requires a separate registration.
